carter met a friend at the pool and introduced him to the big water slide... we were shocked he was so willing to do it, but he did, and he loved it. mason also went down, as long as craig was on the bottom and could catch him.
although it was very HOT & HUMID, the pool was a great place to hang out and relax. it added a nice balance of chill out time after we tackled the parks during the day.
We stayed at the Beach Club a few years ago. Such a great place for kids. Sounds like a great trip despite the heat! I'm sure August in Florida is pretty hot and sticky.
ReplyDeletelast time we went was in january, and the weather was much easier to handle. it was very hot & humid here before we left, so it wasn't so much of a shock. we won't be heading to disney again in the summer...

ReplyDeleteThe Beach Club was actually our first choice when we went, but it was booked. The Boardwalk was very similar but the Beach Club has a much cooler pool!
when we went in jan. last time there was only a couple of times that it warmed up enough for us to use the pool... it was freezing when you went angela!
